Everyone was professional, hardworking, respectful, and made sure the work was done right. I especially want to recognize the owner Gary Winkler and the manager, Kyle. they were great to work with, communicated well, stayed on top of everything, and made sure the project went smoothly. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure everything was taken care of. The whole team deserves a big thank-you for the excellent job they did. I had an issue with an exhaust fan install that was done a year ago by Reef Runner after communicating this issue with these folks they came out and inspected the problem and made the correction in less than 1 week. Not many companies will stand behind their craft after a year. i am very impressed and pleased by this company with their loyalty to their customers. They certainly have earned my business. Thank You, Reef Runner, for having high standards and loyalty. This is Something hard to find these days.

I discovered a leak that needed repaired ASAP. Reef Runner Plumbing was contacted in the late afternoon and they took my issue very seriously. Caleb and Austin showed up at my house around 5pm and got straight to work. They worked together quickly to make the repair and showed us the defect so we understood what happened. They were not annoyed or disgruntled with the time of day and worked with a positive attitude and made me feel relieved the leak was fixed. I’m very grateful for their work and knowledge and would highly recommend to anyone.

Rob and Chase installed a walk in shower for me and did an amazing job! They told me all the steps, did excellent work and cleaned up more than their mess. Plus they were tolerant and sweet to my dog Bowser. Highly recommend them and Reef Runners Remodeling.

Reef Runner came highly recommended by neighbors and friends. I needed a walk in shower repair which turned into a complete replacement. I had already received 2 other quotes from other companies before receiving one from Jericho with Reef Runner. The difference in the details of the job from Jericho was far above those of the other 2 companies. John came to my home and went into more detail of the job and what we could expect from start to finish. I was impressed every step of the way. This company is well managed and the team of workers are impressive and skilled. The entire job was smooth and organized. Each step of the job has skilled workers that are the best at what they do and when each phase was complete and it was time for the next step, they stepped in right away. You can tell this is a well managed team, they work in tandem without any hiccups. It was a pleasure to have this team in my home. They were all very respectful and professional. They came in and put protection on my floors and walls and cleaned up at the end of every phase. Thank you to all of you who helped complete this job. We had an excellent experience with Reef Runner. They transformed an outdated tub and shower into a beautiful, safe, and highly functional shower. The crew was professional, the tile work looks great, and they kept the worksite clean throughout the project.

The door had to be custom ordered, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The crews were friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. They showed up when scheduled, paid attention to the details, and kept the work area clean at the end of each day. We also really appreciated Gary, the owner, stopping by throughout the project to check on the progress and make sure the work met his standards. The finished project completely transformed the look and feel of our home, and the quality of the workmanship is something we’re proud to show off. We had a great experience with Reef Runner Remodeling. They came in to repair a leaking shower and did an excellent job identifying and fixing the problem. While they were at it, we decided to upgrade the shower with a frameless glass door, and the finished product looks fantastic. The upgrade made a huge difference and gave the entire shower a much cleaner, more modern look. Professional, quality work from start to finish. We’re very happy with both the repair and the upgrade and would recommend Reef Runner Remodeling without hesitation!

The first thing that caught my attention was Reef Runners really cool design on their trucks! I contacted them and from day one I was impressed with Reef Runner! I like home projects to be almost effortless on my end and they made it feel that way the entire project. Besides that, I was impressed with the results! The crew from Reef Runner was superb. We had lpv flooring installed and it looks amazing. My ac went out during the install and they went the extra mile and had a hvac expert come inspect it. Even had the owner, Gary Winkler, come out on the weekend to take look. Excellent customer service and supreme results!!!

Reef Runners redid my shower for my husband who has Parkinson’s they all were very professional very clean and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for all your needs. They are wonderful to work with.

Following a shower leak, we recently had our primary bathroom remodeled by Reef Runner Remodeling & Repair along with having two additional bathrooms painted. We truly cannot say enough great things about this company. From the initial estimate through the final remodel, the entire process was seamless. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered promptly, and any minor concerns were addressed immediately. We never had to worry about the project. Whether it was picking up materials, coordinating inspections, or taking care of a few final paint touch-ups, his help was greatly appreciated.
