We have a builder grade insert removed, and we decided to expand our shower plus add tile floor to ceiling! It was a smooth process. From the very start with our quote appointment, we received a text and call from the owner that they would be 5 minutes late. After the appointment, my husband was immediately happy with how they listened to everything we wanted. We had a set budget, and we were able to get everything we wanted. I can’t thank them enough for the workmen-ship!
We hired Reef Runner Remodeling and Repair to rehab our 1980s bathroom. It was a total overhaul — we even knocked out a wall! — but so worth it. They worked with us every step of the way. We especially appreciate that they explained the process and allowed us to be involved so that every detail was attended to. The end result is absolutely incredible.

Great company to work with. We had a complete kitchen remodel, partial master bath remodel, some brick work and removal of popcorn ceiling and painting completed by Reef Runner. Gary and his crew were exceptional from beginning to end of the project. The quality of their work is impeccable. Their pricing is very reasonable. We had rotten subfloors and had to remodel our entire house. We contracted with Reef Runners. I was a general contractor in Colorado for over 20 years but did not have the ambition to take on this project. I am getting better at writing checks than doing work anymore. Gary offered to have me ride with him and his dad to numerous jobs to see their capabilities and meet some homeowners. I was sold and signed the contract with an agreement that I may do some of the work. Reef Runners started our job on schedule and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Since I have skills in all aspects of construction I kept an eye on what was going on. There were a few times that I offered my advice and it was well received. I did end up doing some of the work myself and Reef Runners worked with me time wise and financially in a equable fashion. I would hire Gary and his team for my next project that I do not want to tackle.
If I could give you a 10 I would. Our project started January 7th 2024. It encompassed the entire remodel of our bottom floor; approximately 1500 ft². We took a 1967 old funky beach house and turned it into a gorgeous modern masterpiece, including a total kitchen remodel, 2 total bathroom redos, walls taken out and rebuilt, new master suite, all new Sheetrock, ceilings, floors, plumbing and electrical work. From demo to finish, these guys came ready to work every day for the 3 and a half months the job entailed. As we lived upstairs, we were there every step of the way and saw everything. Mike, Sam, Laney, Nick, Zack, Ben, Adam, and everyone else, were a joy to work with. The crew went above and beyond our expectations. Questions were answered with speed and knowledge and problems were solved quicky. There was never any doubt where we stood with the budget which was followed with rigor. A job cannot go this well without expert guidance from an excellent and hands on management team. Kyle and Gary were, and still are, only a text away with any problems, questions or concerns. We are beyond satisfied with the job done by the entire crew and heartily recommend this company for any remodel, large and small. We will certainly be calling on their expertise again when the remaining parts of the house need attention.
Gary and crew did an outstanding job taking care of us and our house. After Sally many homes needed repair, meaning their crews were extremely busy and already behind with other projects. Initially we only had some ceiling repairs needed from Sally done and planned for it to be complete just days prior to welcoming our first child into the world, however mid-project an emergency came up with the house's flooring. Gary was quick to make us aware of the issue and stayed with us late that evening helping us decide the best course of action. We were completely expecting to hear that addressing that unexpected issue would cause significant delays, but Gary reassured us that his crew would take care of the new issue immediately, before moving on to another project. What this meant was he adjusted a couple other workers' schedules, his team willingly worked two Saturdays (which we were not even expecting them to) in order to complete the project before we brought our newborn home. Gary and his team are a first class Christian company, and went above and beyond our high-quality expectations. We are greatly appreciative of their dedication and commitment to the job and the people they work for. I can't express enough how much the Reef Runner Team means to me and my family and would highly recommend them for any job/project that you are looking to have done!

Before the project (electric fireplace with custom shelving) we met with Mike who went over measurements and different options of materials that would look great with longevity. Gary and the team (Ronnie et al) worked on an extensive back deck rebuild project, and multiple sliding doors install. I have a lot of good things to say about them. 1. Quality of work. The inspector I hired to inspect the project after the deck build was very complementary of the quality of the work. Considering that I wasn't onsite to supervise, this is even more of an indication of their work ethics. 2. Gary's always super responsive and on point with his communications. Always respectful and curteous. I appreciate going over my thoughts with him on these projects. Quick to bid on jobs, quick to respond to questions, and quick act. Ronnie, the team lead, was also very good at sending me pictures throughout the project. 3. Gary is available when things need to adapt, which often happens when you are working with details onsite in the field. 4. Gary took care of me even after I had already paid him in full on the sliding doors project, when we discovered some things needed rework. Bobby and crew were great to work with. 5. The deck rebuild project was a very complex job in my opinion. Two levels of decks on pilings were completely rebuilt. I'm glad to have a firm like RR who can take care of complex project like mine. 6. I also now have a level of trust in Gary and his guys that is "battle tested". I will definitely call him for future projects. I sincerely wish him, his crew and his company even more success in the future!
We are absolutely in LOVE with our new zero entry shower built by Reef Runner! They overcame the challenges typically associated with the installation of an extra long linear drain. Not only does it look beautiful, but it functions amazingly, reducing draining and drying time with the greatest of ease. They also mastered the install of the not so common double basket weave design on the walls with complete continuity. Even though we ran into some unexpected setbacks, they were committed to delivering a fantastic end result that was well worth the wait. They were professional, communicative, dependable, personable, respectful, and forthright throughout the entire process. Anyone that has ever done any type of remodeling in their home, knows that hiccups do occur, but the character and integrity of which a company shows in how they persevere, is priceless. Thank you to Brian and the crew of Reef Runner for helping us with our custom door. We have an older home, and the original 4-foot-wide wood front door was deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Although we reached out to several companies, they all wanted us to size down to a 3-foot-wide door. I saw Reef Runner Remodeling at a Gulf Breeze Chamber event and contacted them for an estimate. We were able to get everything we wanted with a custom mahogany door. We added a Speakeasy window and handmade Iron Grate as well as upgraded door locks to make this door a real showpiece. Brian worked closely with us to make sure everything went smoothly. We love our door!
Reef runner came out to install some new windows for us on the beach. The 3 man crew did great . They leveled out and sealed the windows properly and cleaned up afterwards. I will use Reef Runner again !

Reef Runner Remodeling and Repair just built a 30 X 15 deck on the back of our home and did an awesome job. They kept us updated throughout the whole process from design to start time to finish and their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The crew that built the deck showed up on time everyday and put in a full days work and left the job site clean and orderly at the end of each day and kept us informed of the progress. We had such a great experience with reef runner! Before the project (electric fireplace with custom shelving) we met with Mike who went over measurements and different options of materials that would look great with longevity. Mike and Sonny were very commutative during the whole project! They both are so kind and did an amazing job! They created a beautiful focal point in our home! We can’t wait to work with them for future projects!

We used reef runner for a rather large project on our home where we rewired the entire home, updated plumbing throughout the home, remodeled the kitchen, and made some changes to the layout of the common spaces. As a result, this was a longer process that had multiple variables involved. Reef runner took the time to work with the design team we hired and made sure that everything was done right. They also made sure to address and correct any issues that came up along the way. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product, and we're glad we hired them for our project!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Reef Runner! We just moved into our first home, and hired them to give an outdated fireplace a facelift along with removing a column in our entryway. The professionalism, organization, communication, expertise, and attention to detail are still difficult to believe. As an example, while permitting and planning were underway, RR gave a start date for our project two months in advance. To our amazement, work started on that date. We thought we were in the Twilight Zone!
